How to Perform (Single Arm Rows)
- Position your left knee on the bench.
- Bend forward until your upper body is parallel to the floor.
- Grip the dumbbell with your right hand.
- Keep your head up and retract your shoulder blades.
- Pull the weight toward your chest, keeping your arm close to your body.
- Repeat the motion with the other arm.
- Maintain controlled movements throughout.
- Exhale as you lift, inhale as you return to the starting position.
- Avoid holding your breath.
