Lowest Price Policy

Home Living Luxury guarantees the lowest online price on its products.

If you find a lower price for any products on our store, we will beat it by £50 for products listed over £2000 and by £25 for products listed over £1000. For items priced below £1000, we will match the price but not beat it. This policy explicitly applies to other online retailers offering the exact same brands and products.

In order to be eligible for the price match, you must provide proof of the lower offer, such as a screenshot, invoice, email, or any other valid documentation.

At Home Living Luxury, we are committed to offering the absolute best prices online. If you come across another online store that offers a lower price than us for the same product, please inform us, and we will beat the lowest price. We want you to feel confident that you are receiving the best possible price for the product you are ordering.

Please note that the amount we will beat it by is dependent on the price of the goods in question. The higher the value of the goods, the higher the value of the discount. 

How do I initiate your lowest price policy?

Simply reach out to support with valid proof of the lower offer. This can include a screenshot, invoice, email or any form of valid documentation. 

You must not have purchased the item yet, reach out to support and we will credit you with an instant discount which you can use at checkout, or we can process your order of the phone, with the discount applied.

Our Lowest Price Policy has certain limitations:

  1. Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible for price matching.
  2. The item must be in stock on the competitor's website.
  3. The competitor must be an online store and may not have a physical retail location
  4. The website cannot be a discounter or auction website, such as eBay
  5. Refund requests exclude special once-a-year promotions, such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
  6. The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product in question.
