Step 1: Explore and Inquire

Our customers usually discover our bespoke pods through Google search, Google Shopping, or word-of-mouth recommendations. If you’re interested in exploring the available options, start by browsing our collections and get a feel for the styles and designs that suit your vision.

Once you’ve found something appealing, reach out via email, phone, or book a consultation. Our team will then schedule a video consultation to discuss your project and understand your unique requirements.

     

    Step 2: Initial Consultation

    During the initial video consultation, we’ll dive into the specifics of your project. Expect a discussion about the following:

     

    1. Project Goals: What type of pod(s) do you envision? What will it be used for—commercial or private use?

    2. Design Specifications: Shape, layout, bespoke features, and any internal or external customisation.

    3. Site Requirements: Location accessibility, ground preparation, plumbing, electrical needs, etc.

     

      We’ll also show examples of previous projects and custom designs to help you visualise what’s possible. Using advanced 3D modelling software, we’ll generate initial concepts based on your preferences.

         

        Step 3: Design & Revision Phase

        After the initial consultation, you’ll receive a detailed follow-up email summarising everything discussed. We will draft 2D and 3D renderings of your pod, incorporating any features you've specified. You’ll have the freedom to revise the design until it perfectly matches your vision.

        Unlimited Revisions are allowed during this phase, ensuring you’re completely satisfied before moving forward. We’ll collaborate with you to fine-tune the design, making sure it meets your needs.

           

          Step 4: Order Confirmation

          Once the design is finalised, we require a signed confirmation document, which is also signed by our Managing Director. This document includes:

           

          1. A comprehensive project overview.

          2. Interior and exterior specifications.

          3. Shipment and unloading terms.

          4. Payment terms, warranty details, and delivery timelines.

           

          After you sign this document, we’re ready to move forward with your project.

              

            Step 5: Production & Timeline

            After receiving the signed document, we will schedule the pod(s) for production. We typically provide an accurate timeline based on the complexity of your pod:

             

            1. Standard Projects: 4-6 weeks.

            2. Complex or Multi-Pod Projects: Can potentially take longer (6-8 weeks) depending on custom features and requirements.

             

            We’ll keep you updated throughout the production phase, sometimes sending video footage from the factory for larger projects. We'll also be in direct communication with you, addressing any questions or concerns, before we coordinate delivery with you.

             

            Step 6: Functional Testing

            At the end of production and before we arrange for delivery, we ensure that every pod meets the highest quality standards through rigorous in-house testing.

             

            1. Quality Control: Each pod undergoes thorough inspection for structural integrity, finishes, and craftsmanship.

            2. Plumbing Systems: We test all plumbing for leaks, flow, and functionality, covering water supply, drainage, and fixtures.

            3. Electrical Systems: All electrical components, including lighting, outlets, and appliances, are tested for safety and functionality.

            4. Operational Testing: Devices and systems are functionally tested to confirm they operate as designed.

             

            These quality checks guarantee that each pod arrives in perfect working order, built for long-term use.

             

            Step 7: Payment Options

            Our payment structure is straightforward:

             

            1. 50% Deposit upon order confirmation, allowing us to begin production.

            2. 50% Final Payment due before delivery, securing the release of your pod(s) for shipment.

            3. Customers also have the option to pay 100% upfront, but this optional and at the customers discretion.

               

              Currently, we accept Direct Bank Transfers via invoice. We’re also exploring financing options, expected to be available in 2025.

                 

              Step 8: Delivery Coordination

              As production nears completion, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery. The final payment must be made before shipping. Once payment is cleared, we’ll:

               

              1. Coordinate delivery to your specified address.

              2. Provide a specific delivery date and estimated delivery window.

              3. We handle all communication with our logistics partners to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

                Step 9: After-Sales Support & Follow-Up

                We’re committed to customer satisfaction, even after delivery. We offer a complimentary follow-up for interested clients:

                 

                1. A visit to your location for an interview, photo, and video session with drone footage.

                2. High-quality images of your project for your own use.
                Social media engagement and marketing tags for those who participate.

                3. Participation is optional but highly encouraged, offering you high-quality media free of charge.

                     

                  Making Changes to Your Order

                  Before your project is confirmed, we produce a comprehensive project overview, outlining all details of the project. By signing this document, you acknowledge and approve these details, giving us the green light to proceed with fabrication based on this approved project brief.

                   

                  Window for Changes

                  We understand that sometimes changes may be necessary. There is a very short window of opportunity between signing this document and the pods being put into production during which modifications can be made. During this window, the possibility for changes is available, depending on the size, work required, and nature of the changes.

                   

                  Please be aware that:

                  1. Additional Fees: Any changes requested during this window will incur additional fees. These fees are necessary to cover the costs associated with altering the design, materials, procurement and production schedule.

                  2. Approval and Confirmation: All change requests must be submitted in writing and will need to be reviewed and approved by our design and production teams. We will provide you with a revised project brief and a quote for the additional costs. The changes will only be implemented once you have reviewed and signed the revised documents.

                   

                  Post-Production Commencement

                  Once the pods have officially begun production, changes to the pods are strictly unavailable. This is because the customisation process is already underway, and alterations at this stage would disrupt the production flow, increase costs significantly, and potentially compromise the integrity of the final product.

                  We highly encourage thorough review and consideration of all project details before signing this document. Ensuring that all specifications meet your expectations at this stage will help us deliver a product that fully aligns with your vision.
