How do I connect my gas cylinder?

Here is a quick guide to help you connect your gas cylinder:

1. Ensure that both the gas cylinder and the indoor heater are in a well-ventilated area.

2. Remove the protective cap from the gas cylinder inlet valve.

3. Take the gas hose attached to your indoor heater and locate the end with the clip-on regulator.

4. Align the regulator's nozzle with the gas cylinder's inlet valve. Make sure they are properly aligned and that the regulator is facing the correct way.

5. Apply firm and even pressure while pushing the regulator onto the gas cylinder inlet. You should feel it slide into place and hear a click or feel a secure connection.

6. Once the regulator is connected, check for any gas leaks. You can do this by applying a solution of soapy water to the connections. If you see any bubbles forming, there might be a leak. In such cases, disconnect the regulator, fix any issues, and reconnect it securely.

7. After confirming there are no leaks, you can now turn on the gas supply using the cylinder's valve.

Delivery Timeframe: Lifestyle Appliances will dispatch orders on the same/next working day. Currently, all Lifestyle supplied items have an estimated delivery date of 2-3 working days (unless stated otherwise).

Delivery Availability: Free delivery on all orders is limited to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

Free delivery to The Highlands, The Isles, Jersey, Guernsey, Cornwall will require a total cart order of over £1000. Orders under £1000 will carry a £50 delivery fee.

Home Delivery: You do not need to be home for delivery. However, please provide a safe location where the item can be placed in case you are not available.

Dedicated Day/Weekend Deliveries: Dedicated day/weekend deliveries are available for select products, subject to availability and pricing. Palletized items may have dedicated day deliveries.
