- Home Living Luxury may request additional information, such as photographs or documentation, to assess the warranty claim.
- If the warranty claim is approved, Home Living Luxury will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund of the product, at Home Living Luxury's discretion.
- Any repair or replacement work performed under the warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
Limitations:
The warranty provided by Home Living Luxury is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. Home Living Luxury is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or personal injury.
Transferability:

General
- Delivery timeframes are provided as accurately as possible but are not guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing.
- Upon delivery, it is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect the goods immediately, note any shortages or damages on the delivery note, and notify Home Living Luxury within three days with full claim details.
- The Buyer must make necessary arrangements to take possession of the goods on the delivery date. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, rescheduling of delivery, storage at the Buyer's cost, invoicing for the goods, termination of the agreement, and the recovery of costs and losses by Home Living Luxury.
- Instalment deliveries are treated as separate contracts, and failure to deliver any instalment does not entitle the Buyer to repudiate the agreement or cancel other instalments.
- A Delivery Charge of £15.00 applies to orders under £120.00
Defective Material and Goods
- Home Living Luxury ensures that delivered goods conform to applicable specifications and are free from material defects.
- Home Living Luxury agrees to replace or repair, at its option, faulty goods reported within 30 days of their dispatch date, subject to certain conditions.
- Other warranties, conditions, or terms implied by law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Home Living Luxury shall not be liable for defects resulting from wear and tear, faulty installation, improper use, neglect, or modifications made to the goods.
- Repaired or replacement goods provided, are subject to these conditions.
In the event of a withdrawal or recall due to manufacturing or other defects, the customer shall not be responsible for the shipment costs.

For any return requests, please advise the exact quantities by completing a returns form (found on the reverse of the dispatch note). Return the form via email to sales@homelivingluxury.com. Alternatively, you can arrange returns by calling us on +442034359402. A suitable collection date will be arranged after the returns request is approved.

Surplus stock items may be returned for credit if they are in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, without any concealed or cosmetic damage.

Only goods purchased in the last three months and with an invoice value of £50 or more can be returned. Proof of purchase such as a dispatch note or an invoice will be required.

Any returned surplus items (excluding trade counter returns) will incur a restocking charge of 20% of the original invoiced price.

Unauthorized returned stock items will incur a restocking charge of 30%.

To prevent damage, all returned goods must be suitably packaged. Our drivers will assess if the goods are appropriately packaged for collection.
Collection Charges:
- If a collection is not possible on the pre-arranged date, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange transportation of the goods back to our warehouse. Please reach out to us for our returns address, as it will differ from our mailing address.
Order Discrepancies & Damages Policy:

For these items, damaged goods or items lost in transit can be replaced if notified within 72 hours of delivery. This applies to both concealed internal damage and cosmetic external damage.

In case of delivery errors, transit damage, manufacturing faults, or warranty failures, Home Living Luxury will arrange collection at their expense. No additional charges will be applied.

Goods dispatched by third-party carriers are at the customer's risk. It is the customer's responsibility to check for damages (both concealed and cosmetic) upon delivery. Carriers' drivers will wait up to 15 minutes for goods inspection. Customers must thoroughly check their order before the carrier driver leaves. Damaged goods should be signed for as "damaged." Deliveries signed as "unchecked" do not qualify as damaged. If goods are damaged and the delivery was signed for as "good condition/clear/unchecked," the customer's account will not be credited.
