Canadian Spa Company Sauna Warranty Procedure:
Canadian Spa Company is committed to manufacturing products with high quality and integrity. In the event of a warranty issue during product ownership, Canadian Spa Company will either repair or replace the faulty component with a similar or better one to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coverage: A sauna purchased through Canadian Spa Company (or one of its authorized resellers) is eligible for the following warranty:

1-Year Parts Replacement Warranty: Covers faulty electronic components within the sauna (such as heater, control box, LED lights, wiring, speakers, Bluetooth module, transformers). Any electronic component found faulty within 1 year from the original transaction date will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Defect-Free Product Reception: The product must have been received without any defects upon the original receipt of the product.
Warranty Claim Process: To act on this warranty, follow these steps:

Contact Canadian Spa Company Service Department: If you experience a warranty issue, immediately contact the Canadian Spa Company service department to log your issue. A Customer Care agent will assess if the component is indeed faulty.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): If the component is found to be faulty, an RMA will be raised by a Canadian Spa employee. The faulty item can be returned at the cost of Canadian Spa Company.

Replacement Shipping: Once the faulty component is received and validated, Canadian Spa Company will ship out a replacement component to the customer free of charge. Please note that any associated labor charges for replacement will not be covered.

Warranty Limitation: After repair/replacement, no further warranty will be granted or extended. The product will still remain under the original purchaser's warranty.

RMA Approval Required: Canadian Spa Company reserves the right to deny any return that is sent back without an approved RMA number.
Sauna Components Inspection: All remaining sauna components (such as wooden panels, roof, sides, floor, structure, glass doors, hinges) must be inspected immediately upon receipt of the goods for any damage. Any damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt; otherwise, it will be assumed that the product was received in good condition without damage. Please be aware that saunas made from natural wood may experience varying levels of distressing over time, which includes wood splits, fading from sunlight, shifting, swelling, etc. Such occurrences are considered normal and are not replaceable under this warranty. To ensure proper maintenance and protection, please follow the care tips outlined in the manual.
Requirements: To be eligible for the warranty, the following requirements must be met:

Product Registration: The customer must have originally registered their warranty within 30 days of receipt of the product.

Authorized Seller Purchase: The product must have been purchased through an authorized seller of Canadian Spa Company products.

Timely Reporting: The customer must have initiated contact with Canadian Spa Company and confirmed the faulty component within the warranty period from the date of the original purchase.

Usage Limitation: The product must not be operated for longer than 90 minutes per session.
Note: Failure to adhere to any of these requirements may void the warranty.

At Canadian Spa Co, we offer a Basic Curbside Delivery option for all our saunas. This delivery option is included in the cost of the sauna (free!) and provides a convenient way to receive your sauna right at the end of your driveway. Please note that this policy pertains to the Basic Curbside Delivery only, and additional services are not included.
Standard Curbside Delivery: The Basic Curbside Delivery includes the following:

Delivery Location: Your sauna will be delivered to the end of your driveway on the scheduled delivery date.

Contact for Scheduling: Once your sauna is shipped and arrives at your local terminal, our team will contact you to arrange the delivery date that suits you.

Placement and Assembly: Please be aware that the final positioning and installation of the sauna must be arranged with a third party. Our delivery service covers transportation to your property but does not include placement or assembly services.
Additional Services Not Included: The Basic Curbside Delivery does not cover the following:

Placement and Assembly: Our delivery team will not move the sauna beyond the end of your driveway or install it on your property.

Packaging Disposal: We do not remove or dispose of any excess packaging materials, including plastic, straps, cardboard, or pallet wrap.

Accessories Installation: The Basic Curbside Delivery does not include the installation of any sauna accessories.

Base Preparation: You must arrange for a flat, level, and solid base to be present before the scheduled delivery date. The base must be properly prepared through another party to ensure a smooth and safe delivery and installation process.
Additional Information: Please ensure that you are present on the scheduled delivery date to receive your sauna. Our team will drop off the sauna at the end of your driveway and will not enter your property for placement or assembly.

Returns
Please see below for Canadian Spa Co Chiliwack 2 Person Far Infrared Sauna Returns Policy:
- Returns are only valid with confirmed RMA number.
- Item must be returned at buyers cost.
- Customer subject to restocking fee of 10% the original cost of the item if the item is deemed unsellable as new.
- Product may only be returned within 30 days of original purchase.
- Items that were refused upon delivery will NOT be refunded.
- Installed control packs, spas, pumps and circuit boards are final sale and cannot be returned.
