Warranty Duration: 

These products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser of the product.

Coverage:

The warranty covers any defects that arise from normal use of the product during the warranty period. This includes defects in materials used for manufacturing the product or any issues related to the workmanship involved in its production.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damages or defects that result from:

1. Misuse, negligence, or improper handling of the product.
2. Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for installation, use, and maintenance.
3. Accidental damage, acts of nature, or any external causes beyond the control of Home Living Luxury.
4. Modifications or alterations made to the product without the prior written consent of Home Living Luxury.
5. Damage caused during transportation or shipment, unless reported within the specified timeframe in the Order Discrepancies & Damages Policy.
6. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, fading, or discoloration that occur over time with regular use.
7. Non-compliance with local building codes or regulations.

Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must adhere to the following process:

1. Contact Home Living Luxury's customer service within the warranty period, providing proof of purchase (such as an invoice or receipt) and a detailed description of the defect or issue.
2. Home Living Luxury may request additional information, such as photographs or documentation, to assess the warranty claim.
3. If the warranty claim is approved, Home Living Luxury will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund of the product, at Home Living Luxury's discretion.
4. Any repair or replacement work performed under the warranty does not extend the original warranty period.

Limitations:

The warranty provided by Home Living Luxury is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. Home Living Luxury is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or personal injury.

Transferability:

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It cannot be transferred to subsequent owners or users.

Additional Terms:

Any warranty claim must be made within the warranty period, and failure to do so may void the warranty.

Shipping

Delivery Conditions and Costs:

Due to the weight of the Vulcanus Grill (between 135Kg and 195Kg depending on the model purchased), two delivery options are available:

Option 1 - 3 to 5 days lead time:

• Free of charge (FOC) delivery to an end user or dealer's premises.
• Delivery is done by a single operator on the delivery vehicle.
• Offloading is done via a pallet truck with the grill fixed to a pallet to the kerb side.
• Positioning and unpacking are excluded.

Option 2 - 3 to 5 days lead time:

• White glove service provided to the end user.
• Involves 2 operators on the delivery vehicle.
• Incurs a delivery charge of £85.00 + VAT.
• Services provided as part of the white glove service:
  • 2 experienced staff to deliver and position your Vulcanus® product.
  • Unpacking and inspection upon delivery.
  • Removal of any waste material.
  • Positioning of the Vulcanus® at the delivery point as per your requirements.
  • Teams equipped with blankets, shoe covers, and gloves to protect customers' property.
  • Moving equipment.
  • Public Liability Insurance cover.
  • Smart uniformed drivers.

Access Requirements:

• Minimum gateway/doorway width dimension of 800mm for 730 units and 1000mm for 910 units.
• Narrow access may be considered by dismantling the unit. Prior notification and additional cost will be required. Please contact the office with an outline of the requirements (e.g., distance from kerb to final location, if the unit needs to pass through a house, etc.).
• Check for overflow pipes, outside taps, or window ledges that may restrict access.
• The delivery team can move up/down a maximum of five garden steps.

Limitations:

• The Vulcanus range cannot be lifted over fences or walls unless prearranged lifting equipment is on site (costs by others). If the delivery is to a rooftop garden, a site survey must be requested to determine any specialist handling equipment requirements. Additional costs will be advised once the survey is completed.
• The delivery service does not include any groundwork preparation for siting the Vulcanus. It also does not provide a service to integrate the Vulcanus anchor point lock into the ground if required.

Returns

At Home Living Luxury, we have the utmost confidence in our Brand Partners and the exceptional quality of their products. We believe that once you receive your selected product(s), you will be captivated by their beauty and craftsmanship.

However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase. In such cases, we have developed a comprehensive Returns Policy specifically for our Vulcanus Range.

Please note that this Returns Policy exclusively applies to Vulcanus Products. For more detailed and tailored information regarding returns, we recommend referring to the specific product pages.

Returns Policy:

1. For any return requests, please advise the exact quantities by completing a returns form (found on the reverse of the dispatch note). Return the form via email to sales@homelivingluxury.com. Alternatively, you can arrange returns by calling us on +442034359402. A suitable collection date will be arranged after the returns request is approved.

2. Surplus stock items may be returned for credit if they are in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, without any concealed or cosmetic damage.

3. Only goods purchased in the last three months and with an invoice value of £50 or more can be returned. Proof of purchase such as a dispatch note or an invoice will be required.

4. Any returned surplus items (excluding trade counter returns) will incur a restocking charge of 20% of the original invoiced price.

5. Unauthorised returned stock items will incur a restocking charge of 30%.

6. To prevent damage, all returned goods must be suitably packaged. Our drivers will assess if the goods are appropriately packaged for collection.

Collection Charges:

1. If a collection is not possible on the pre-arranged date, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange transportation of the goods back to our warehouse. Please reach out to us for our returns address, as it will differ from our mailing address.

Order Discrepancies & Damages Policy:

1. For these items, damaged goods or items lost in transit can be replaced if notified within 72 hours of delivery. This applies to both concealed internal damage and cosmetic external damage.

2. In case of delivery errors, transit damage, manufacturing faults, or warranty failures, Home Living Luxury will arrange collection at their expense. No additional charges will be applied.

3. Goods dispatched by third-party carriers are at the customer's risk. It is the customer's responsibility to check for damages (both concealed and cosmetic) upon delivery. Carriers' drivers will wait up to 15 minutes for goods inspection. Customers must thoroughly check their order before the carrier driver leaves. Damaged goods should be signed for as "damaged." Deliveries signed as "unchecked" do not qualify as damaged. If goods are damaged and the delivery was signed for as "good condition/clear/unchecked," the customer's account will not be credited.

4. Damaged items received under the invoice value of £50 should be reported by emailing a photograph to sales@homelivingluxury.com. Once the photograph is received and proof of purchase is verified, a replacement item will be dispatched free of charge at the earliest convenience.
