The Difference in Our Hot Tubs
Our hot tubs feature a choice between internal and external heaters, both constructed with premium 316-grade stainless steel. This superior-grade stainless steel ensures the durability and reliability of the heater, enhancing your hot tub experience.
Unlike many companies that opt for 304-grade stainless steel, we exclusively use the premium quality 316-grade stainless steel for both internal and external heaters. This deliberate choice sets us apart by offering you a heating solution with exceptional corrosion resistance and a longer lifespan.
316-grade stainless steel is renowned for its superior resistance to corrosion and pitting, making it the ideal choice for hot tub heaters. Its exceptional durability guarantees that your heater will provide you with reliable and efficient heating for years to come.
By using premium 316-grade stainless steel for both internal and external heaters, we prioritise your hot tub's longevity, ensuring you can enjoy its soothing warmth for an extended period. Our commitment is to offer a hot tub that combines comfort, quality, and the natural beauty of Norwegian spruce wood, creating a serene and inviting space for relaxation.

Do I need a Finnish Hot Tub with an internal Polypropylene Layer?
When choosing a hot tub, the classic allure of a wooden interior is undeniable, offering a natural, inviting ambiance. However, we introduce a contemporary twist by combining the timeless elegance of wood with the practical benefits of a polypropylene internal layer. Let's delve into the advantages and draw a comparison:
- Enhanced Longevity: The polypropylene internal layer acts as a formidable, waterproof shield for your wooden hot tub, significantly extending its lifespan. By effectively repelling moisture, it prevents the onset of rot and decay, ensuring your hot tub remains both beautiful and robust for many years.
- Improved Thermal Efficiency: Polypropylene's exceptional insulation properties mean your hot tub retains heat more effectively. This translates to longer-lasting warmth and reduced heating costs, delivering an energy-efficient experience, which is not as readily achievable with a traditional wooden interior.
- Hygiene and Easy Maintenance: Polypropylene's non-porous composition makes it a hostile environment for the growth of bacteria, mould, and other contaminants. This equates to a consistently hygienic hot tub environment and simplified cleaning routines. Say goodbye to worries about water quality.
- Timeless Aesthetics: Beneath the classic wooden exterior, the polypropylene layer discreetly augments the hot tub's durability and thermal efficiency without compromising its rustic charm. You can savour the natural wooden beauty while benefiting from the internal polypropylene layer.
- Peace of Mind: With the polypropylene layer, rest easy, knowing your hot tub boasts an extended lifespan and reduced operating costs. This modern approach merges tradition and innovation, offering a hot tub experience that is both enduring and efficient.
For those considering commercial use, the Internal Polypropylene Colour is highly recommended. By selecting a wooden hot tub with a polypropylene internal layer, you gain the best of both worlds, with the classic charm of wood enhanced by the modern practicality of polypropylene. This combination results in a hot tub that not only exudes timeless appeal but also promises long-lasting performance and cost-effective operation.
Do I need a Sand Filtration System?
A sand filter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of both hot tubs and cold plunge tubs. Here's an explanation of what a sand filter does and why it may be a wise investment for you:
-
Crystal Clear Water: The sand filter diligently ensures your tub's water remains clean, clear, and of the highest quality. It rigorously removes impurities, debris, particles, dirt, oils, lotions, and bacteria, enhancing both safety and your overall wellness experience. With each soak, enjoy the pristine and refreshing water clarity that the sand filter consistently provides.
-
Long-lasting Performance: Sand filters are known for their durability and longevity. With proper maintenance and regular cleaning, they can provide reliable filtration for an extended period. Investing in a high-quality sand filter ensures long-lasting performance and peace of mind.
-
Cost-effectiveness: While sand filters may require an initial investment, they prove to be cost-effective in the long run. By removing impurities and maintaining water quality, they reduce the need for frequent water changes and chemical treatments. This can save you money on water and chemical expenses, making it a financially wise choice.
If your hot tub is to be used daily or bi-daily, purchasing a sand filtration system may be within your best interest. However, this is not necessary when purchasing your hot tub. For those considering commercial use, a sand filtration system is highly recommended.

Plumbing & Electrical
Plumbing
Our hot tubs are designed to offer you convenience and flexibility. This does not require any plumbing. As a freestanding, portable tub, it comes equipped with a drainage valve for easy emptying and cleaning. This means you can place it in your preferred location without the need for any plumbing connections.
Electrical
The hot tub is a self-sufficient addition to your wellness routine and doesn't require an electrical supply to run. However, if you choose to use a sand filter with the tub, an electrical supply will be necessary. The sand filter operates at a modest 700W and can be plugged into a standard 13amp socket. It's important to note that the sand filter is equipped with a European plug top. You may need the assistance of a local electrician to replace it with a British plug top for compatibility with British sockets.
Important to Note:
- Initial Water Seepage
- During the first 3-7 days of your hot tub being filled with water, you may observe initial water seepage. This occurrence is a normal part of the tub's adjustment process. As the wood adjusts to its new environment, it may initially allow a small amount of water seep through. Rest assured that, with time, the tub will naturally swell and become completely watertight, eliminating any seepage concerns.
- Heating an Empty Tub
- It is crucial to avoid heating your hot tub when it is empty. Doing so can lead to severe consequences, including the risk of a fire or causing unrepairable damage to the tub. Always ensure that your hot tub is filled with an adequate amount of water before heating it to prevent any potential hazards or harm to the tub itself. Your safety and the longevity of your hot tub are of utmost importance.
Painting
Below, you'll find our detailed in-house painting documentation. In this dossier, we present an extensive range of colour options to choose from, along with insights into our meticulous painting process and the high-quality paint materials we use ensuring your hot tub stays in tip top quality for years to come.
Order Timeline
Following your order confirmation, our production team initiates the crafting process. This stage typically requires 15-20 business days.
Delivery Estimate
After the fabrication is complete, we allocate an additional 5 days for the secure delivery of your hot tub. Our primary objective is to ensure that your order reaches you within the timeframe of 20-25 days from the date of order confirmation.
Note:
While we consistently aim to meet this timeline, it is important to acknowledge that certain circumstances may occasionally necessitate a delivery window of up to 30 days. These circumstances may include customised features, adverse weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Foundations
A crucial part of achieving longevity and getting the most out of our new cold tub is establishing a solid foundation. An inadequate foundation can lead to structural issues, potentially causing cracks in the tub. Uneven placement of the tub may alter its geometric shape, resulting in twisting of the wood, as well as the formation of gaps.
Access for Installation & Maintenance
For seamless installation and maintenance of our tub, access to all sides is essential. We recommend allowing approximately 300mm (about 12 inches) of clearance around the tub.
In instances where the tub is positioned in a tight corner or a confined space, it's important to consider the potential challenges this may pose for maintenance. Restricted access can hinder routine visual inspections, which are typically recommended every six months. This regular check-up is crucial to identify and address any issues promptly, preventing them from escalating into more significant problems. Therefore, when placing the tub in a snug location, please be mindful of the potential maintenance difficulties it may entail.
Base
The foundation is the bedrock upon which your outdoor tub will stand. To maintain the structural integrity and prevent warping over time, it's imperative that all of our products are fitted on a level and sturdy surface. We do not recommend installing on uneven ground, grass, or generally unsuitable surfaces. Instead, we advocate for the ideal base, which includes options such as concrete, tarmac, patio stones, or even a structurally sound patio decking.
To ensure proper weight distribution and stability, it is crucial that the full, complete base is in contact with the ground.
It's crucial to avoid any substantial depressions or gullies on the base surface. A depression of more than 3/4 of an inch (20mm) at any point across the base can lead to undesirable consequences, such as the floor being pushed down or bowed up in the middle.
An inadequate base can result in gaps forming. Gaps may develop in the doors or walls. These gaps can have several consequences, including:
- Water Leakage: Gaps may permit water to seep out of the tub, potentially causing damage to the interior and its contents.
- Aesthetic Deterioration: Uneven gaps can mar the tub's appearance and affect its overall aesthetics.
It's essential to ensure that the tub is placed on a level and appropriate foundation to prevent these issues.
Note:
If our recommendations for building / choosing a suitable base are not adhered to, the warranty of the tub will be nulled!
How to Verify Your Hot Tub / Cold Tub's Base
Checking the solidity and levelness of your tubs base is crucial to ensure a flawless installation and prolonged usage. You can follow these simple steps to confirm its suitability:
- Use a level, a straight piece of material, alongside a spirit level to check for any rocking or depressions exceeding 3/4 of an inch (20mm).
- For added peace of mind, consider consulting a local builder or landscaper to confirm that the surface is level, ensuring a solid foundation for your outdoor tub.

Unlocking Wellness: The Healing Power of Hydrotherapy and Cold Plunge Therapy
In an increasingly fast-paced world, finding moments of relaxation and rejuvenation is essential for maintaining both our physical and mental well-being. The hustle and bustle of daily life often leaves us yearning for a respite from stress and the perfect solution might be closer than you think. Enter the world of hydrotherapy, water submersion, and temperature manipulation - a realm where hot tubs and cold plunge tubs take centre stage. These remarkable tools harness the power of water and temperature to offer a multitude of health benefits. Let's delve even deeper into this therapeutic world, exploring its myriad features and how they can significantly enhance our lives.
Hydrotherapy: A Soothing Oasis for Body and Mind
The Science Behind Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy is a time-honoured practice rooted in the idea that water, with its unique properties, can have a profound impact on the human body. One of the key principles of hydrotherapy is the use of water's temperature, buoyancy, and pressure to stimulate healing responses within the body.
The Power of Temperature
The temperature of the water plays a crucial role in hydrotherapy. In hot tub therapy, warm water immersion serves as a natural muscle relaxant. As the body soaks in the soothing warmth, tense muscles begin to release, promoting relaxation and stress reduction. The increased blood flow generated by the warmth also contributes to improved circulation, potentially alleviating conditions like high blood pressure and improving overall cardiovascular health.
On the other end of the spectrum, cold plunge therapy involves immersing oneself in cold water, which can range from cool to icy temperatures. This sudden exposure to cold stimulates vasoconstriction, causing blood vessels to narrow. This, in turn, reduces inflammation and muscle soreness. Cold plunge therapy can also provide a burst of energy and mental alertness, making it an excellent choice for those seeking an invigorating start to their day.
Water Submersion: The Elixir of Physical Relief
Buoyancy and Support
Water's buoyant properties are a hallmark of hydrotherapy. When immersed in water, the buoyant force counteracts gravity, reducing the strain on joints and muscles. This buoyancy offers a unique form of support for individuals with conditions such as arthritis or chronic pain. It allows them to exercise and move more freely, promoting flexibility and mobility.
The Therapeutic Temperature Dance
The Temperature Transition: From Hot to Cold
Perhaps one of the most intriguing aspects of hot and cold therapy, is the ability to transition between these temperature extremes. Our Finnish hot tubs when unheated, allows users to switch from warm water relaxation to cold plunge therapy with ease.
Imagine enjoying a serene soak in your hot tub, the warm water melting away stress and tension. Then, by not adding wood to the furnace, you transform your oasis into a refreshing cold plunge tub. This temperature transition is swift, typically taking only a matter of hours. It's a testament to the versatility of these modern hot tubs, offering a diverse range of experiences within a single unit.
Mental Well-Being: The Silent Healing Power
Stress Reduction and Improved Sleep
The benefits of hydrotherapy extend beyond the physical realm. Stress reduction is one of the most noticeable effects. Soaking in warm water helps relax tense muscles and alleviates stress, promoting a sense of calm and tranquillity. The warm water's soothing embrace can improve sleep quality, making it easier to transition into a more restful state. As stress melts away, the body can find the relaxation it needs to unwind fully.
Cold Immersion: Invigorating the Mind
Cold plunge therapy can awaken both the body and the mind. The shock of cold water followed by a warm soak creates a unique stress-relieving experience. This contrast therapy releases endorphins, providing a sense of exhilaration. The invigorating effects of cold immersion can increase mental alertness and improve focus, making it an excellent choice for those looking to jump-start their day with renewed energy.
Health Benefits Summarised
Hot Tub Hydrotherapy
- Stress Reduction: It's no secret that stress is a silent health menace in our lives. Studies have shown that regular hot tub sessions can reduce stress by a whopping 70%. The warm water relaxes tense muscles, triggering the release of endorphins – nature's stress relievers.
- Improved Sleep Quality: Struggling with insomnia or restless nights? Hot tub therapy can be your natural remedy. Soaking in a hot tub raises your body temperature, and when you exit, your body rapidly cools down, signalling it's time to sleep. This transition leads to more restful and restorative slumber.
- Muscle Relief: Athletes and those with muscle soreness can rejoice in the therapeutic benefits of hot tubs. The buoyancy of the water reduces pressure on your body, while the warmth promotes blood flow, delivering vital nutrients to tired muscles and aiding in recovery.
- Enhanced Circulation: The heat from hot tubs induces vasodilation, where blood vessels expand. This improved blood circulation contributes to better overall cardiovascular health, ensuring oxygen and nutrients are efficiently transported throughout your body.
-
Pain Management: For those dealing with chronic pain conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia, hot tub therapy offers relief. The combination of buoyancy and heat eases joint strain, providing comfort and making pain management more manageable.
- Lower Blood Pressure: Regular hot tub sessions can lead to a reduction in blood pressure. The warm water relaxes blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more freely, ultimately lessening the strain on your heart.
-
Enhanced Mental Well-being: Hot tub therapy isn't just about physical benefits. Immersing yourself in warm water induces relaxation, reduces anxiety, and can alleviate symptoms of depression. It's a sanctuary for your mental health.
- Cardiovascular Conditioning: Surprisingly, while you soak in a hot tub, your heart rate slightly increases, akin to light exercise. This gentle conditioning contributes to improved cardiovascular health over time.
These scientifically-backed benefits of hot tub therapy offer a comprehensive approach to relaxation and healing.
Cold Plunge Tub Hydrotherapy
Cold plunge therapy involves immersing your body in cold water, typically between 50-59°F (10-15°C). While it may initially seem intimidating, the rewards are well worth the initial shock. Cold plunge tubs offer a plethora of health benefits, supported by data and scientific findings:
- Invigoration: Cold plunges serve as a natural adrenaline rush. The shock of cold water instantly awakens your senses, providing an immediate energy boost and heightened mental alertness.
-
Muscle Recovery: After strenuous physical activities, a cold plunge accelerates muscle recovery. The cold water reduces inflammation, alleviates muscle soreness, and helps you bounce back quickly.
- Enhanced Circulation: Cold immersion triggers vasoconstriction – the narrowing of blood vessels, followed by vasodilation – their expansion when you exit the cold water. This process exercises your circulatory system, improving cardiovascular health.
- Stress Relief: The contrast between the cold water and your body's natural temperature releases endorphins, providing a natural stress-relief sensation.
- Mental Resilience: Cold plunges build mental fortitude. Over time, you'll become more resilient to stress and discomfort.
- Immune Boost: Cold immersion stimulates the production of white blood cells, bolstering your immune system. These cells play a crucial role in defending your body against infections and illnesses.
- Mood Elevation: Cold plunge therapy has been linked to mood elevation and a reduction in symptoms of depression.
- Post-Workout Cool Down: Athletes often use cold plunge tubs as part of their post-workout routine. The cold water reduces muscle inflammation, helping prevent injuries and aiding in overall recovery.
Cold plunge tub therapy, with its invigorating cold water and potential for hydro-massage, offers a revitalising experience that awakens the body and sharpens the mind. It's a transformative journey into the realm of contrast therapy, where the shock of cold immersion releases endorphins, enhances mental alertness, and provides a unique stress-relieving experience.
Conclusion: A Holistic Approach to Well-Being
Hot and cold hydrotherapy offers a holistic approach to well-being. By harnessing the unique properties of water, adjusting temperatures, individuals can experience a myriad of physical and mental health benefits. From stress reduction to improved sleep, enhanced circulation, targeted muscle relief, and sensory delights, hot tub and cold plunge therapy are powerful tools that provide a sanctuary for both body and mind. As we navigate the demands of modern life, these therapies offer moments of relaxation and healing that are truly transformative.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Cleaning & Maintenance
At Home Living Luxury, we aim to make the care of your wooden hot tub as straightforward as possible. Our hot tubs are equipped with a water discharge valve, providing a hassle-free way to connect a hose for efficient water drainage. Regular maintenance ensures the longevity of your hot tub and the enjoyment of its benefits.
Preventing Mould
While our hot tubs are built to withstand the elements, mould can still develop over time. To address this issue, we recommend using chlorine to effectively remove mould from the tub's surfaces. Additionally, to prevent mould growth in the future, you can choose to use pool chemicals that contain chlorine. These chemicals help maintain a clean and mould-free environment for your hot tub.
Maintaining a Fresh Appearance
It's important to understand that wooden hot tubs have their own unique characteristics. Over time, wood that is frequently exposed to water naturally undergoes a gradual change in colour. This is a perfectly normal process and should be anticipated with wooden hot tubs.
If maintaining a consistent appearance is a top priority and you'd prefer to avoid this natural colour shift, we offer alternative wood burning options such as fiberglass and polypropylene hot tubs. These materials are specifically designed to preserve a uniform look and are ideal for those who prefer a sleek and enduring aesthetic. So, if you're seeking a hot tub that will maintain a consistent colour over time, our fiberglass and polypropylene options might be the perfect fit for your needs.
Sanitizing:
To maintain cleanliness and prevent bacterial growth, use either chlorine or bromine as a sanitizer. Bromine is often preferred for wooden hot tubs due to its stability at higher temperatures.
Efficient Cleaning Steps:
Weekly:
- Use a skimmer net to remove leaves, debris, and floating particles from the water's surface.
- Every week or so, partially remove the tub's lid to allow fresh air to circulate, benefiting the water quality.
Bi-weekly:
Add a bromine tablet or granules to the hot tub, with the frequency depending on usage. This will help maintain sanitizer levels over time.
Monthly Cleaning:
- Regularly test the water's chemistry using test strips or a kit.
- Adjust sanitizer levels as necessary.
- Check and adjust pH levels if needed.
- Add a shock treatment to the water. Periodic shocking helps remove organic contaminants and refreshes the sanitizer.
3 - 6 Month Cleaning:
- Drain the hot tub completely.
- Gently scrub the interior with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
- Rinse the tub thoroughly.
- Refill the hot tub with fresh water.
Ongoing Maintenance:
With any hot tub, maintenance is an ongoing process. With regular water testing, proper chemical balancing, and consistent cleaning routines, you can ensure that your hot tub remains hygienic and enjoyable. Maintenance is the key to extending the longevity of your hot tub.
Wooden hot tubs, while requiring a bit more care than acrylic ones, offer a unique and authentic experience. The rich aesthetics and genuine wood-fired ambiance create a one-of-a-kind spa experience that acrylic tubs can't replicate.
By following these maintenance guidelines, you can enjoy your wooden hot tub to the fullest and keep it in top condition for years of relaxation and enjoyment.

Appliance Warranty
The warranty for these items is determined by the manufacturer (e.g our Harvia heaters). The duration of their warranties may vary, ranging from 0 to 4+ years.
It's essential to understand that the warranty period for electrical products and accessories is often shorter when used for commercial purposes.
Post Warranty Repairs
After the warranty period ends, or if the products are intentionally damaged by third parties or due to customer fault, Home Living Luxury may, in some cases, offer replacement parts for a fee. The cost of these replacement parts and services will be based on rates set by Home Living Luxury.
Customers are required to cover the expenses for these services unless Home Living Luxury specifies otherwise. The exact criteria and terms for post-warranty repairs or damages resulting from intentional misuse will be determined by Home Living Luxury.
Warranty Exclusions
Within the following sections, we will provide a detailed overview of the specific exclusions contained within our warranty terms. These are important to understand as they delineate situations and circumstances where warranty coverage may not apply.
- Non-compliance with Assembly Instructions: If your hot tub/cold plunge tub is delivered unassembled, it is crucial to follow the provided assembly instructions correctly. Your warranty will be void if the assembly is done incorrectly due to not adhering to the detailed and comprehensive instructions provided with your purchase.
- Natural Characteristics of Wood: As wood is a natural material, the warranty does not cover the following aspects:
- Wood may develop cracks after assembly.
- Wood movement, which may lead to gaps in walls due to factors like lightning, hurricanes, or tornadoes, resulting in changes in the item's shape.
- The occurrence of mould on wood.
- Wooden details that include intact branches and do not compromise the item's stability.
- Consequences of extreme or unusual weather conditions, such as water seepage through the walls during exceptionally heavy rain, strong winds, or weather events like lightning, hurricanes, or tornadoes.
- Use of the item not in accordance with its intended purpose or malfunctions caused by non-compliance with the provided instructions.
- Alterations and Repairs: The warranty is not applicable if the items are disassembled, their components are replaced, or if the items are altered by entities other than Home Living Luxury. Additionally, if third parties have carried out repairs on the items.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Natural wear and tear of the materials used and the item itself are not covered by the warranty.
- Atmospheric Influences: Wood, being a natural construction material, can be affected by atmospheric conditions. Before processing, timber typically contains up to 18% residual moisture content, and changes in humidity due to different weather conditions (e.g., rain, freezing, cold, or heat) can impact the wood structure and may lead to the following effects:
- Cracking during the drying process, which is considered a natural occurrence and not covered by the warranty.
- Adaptation of wooden details to new conditions a few weeks after construction. This may necessitate adjustments to doors.
- Ultraviolet rays (solar rays) may cause changes in the colour of the wood.
In summary, it's important to note that our warranty does not cover instances of misconstruction, misuse, normal wear and tear, and the effects of weather and atmospheric influences on wood. These exclusions are in place to provide clarity on the specific situations and conditions where we cannot be held liable under the warranty.

Making Changes to Your Order
We understand that sometimes changes may be necessary to meet your specific requirements. You have a window of opportunity to make changes to your order, but it's important to act promptly to avoid any additional charges. Order fabrication typically commences 5-7 days after your order placement, which is why the following conditions apply to facilitate any changes:
- You can make changes to your order within 3 working days from the date of order placement without incurring any extra fees.
- It may be possible to make changes up to 5 working days after placing your order, but after the initial 3 working days, a "late amendment fee" may apply along with any additional charges resulting from the modifications.
- Please note that while we will do our absolute best to accommodate your requested changes, the final decision lies at the discretion of Home Living Luxury.
Our dedicated support team is here to assist you in this process, providing project insights to help streamline the changes effectively. Please contact us as soon as possible if you require any amendments to your order.
Pre-delivery Cancellations
Building on the information provided above, it's crucial to emphasise that our hot tub / cold plunge tub fabrication typically commences 5-7 days after you place your order. Given this timeline, it becomes quite challenging for us to entertain pre-delivery order cancellations once your order is officially placed. Our tubs are crafted to your precise specifications, which significantly limits the opportunity for returns or order amendments. Therefore, we strongly advise careful consideration before finalising your order.
If you ever find the need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible within the initial 3 working days from the date of order placement. During this timeframe, adjustments can be made without incurring additional fees. However, it's essential to clarify that the window for a full order cancellation is strictly 3 working days. If you choose to cancel your order within this period, a 5% cancellation fee will be retained by Home Living Luxury. For example, if your hot tub order is valued at £5,000 and you request a full refund within the 3 working day period, we will issue the refund, deducting a 5% cancellation fee (£250). This policy specifically applies to products designed and crafted to your unique specifications, which explains its precise nature.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after the initial 3 full working days following the order placement. This policy is in place to ensure a streamlined and efficient process for all our valued customers.
Returns for Damaged Deliveries
Our returns policy accommodates orders that are received damaged by our courier. In such cases, please do not sign off on the delivery document and follow these steps:
- Refuse the delivery: If you happen to notice any damage to the product during the delivery process, please refuse to accept the delivery from our courier. This crucial step initiates the return process for damaged orders. The order will then be returned to the local depot, where further investigations and assessments will be conducted to address the issue. This helps ensure that any damage is properly documented and addressed in a timely manner.
- Document the damage: After refusing the delivery, it's crucial to thoroughly document the damage. Take clear and detailed photographs of both the damaged packaging and the product itself. These photos should offer a comprehensive view of the extent of the damage. This documentation will be invaluable in processing your repairs, replacement, or refund, and ensuring a swift resolution to the issue.
- Contact us immediately: Reach out to our support team within 24 hours of the delivery refusal. Provide us with the photos and a description of the damage, and we will initiate the return process.
At Home Living Luxury, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure your hot / cold plunge tub arrives in perfect condition. While we take extreme care in the packaging and transportation of our tubs to prevent any issues, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes occur. In the rare event that you notice any damage during the delivery process, our return policy is designed to protect you, our valued customer.
Once a ticket has been raised, we will conduct thorough investigations and assessments to address the issue. This helps ensure that any damage is properly documented and resolved in a timely manner.
In the unfortunate event that a resolution cannot be reached through repairs or replacement, we offer a full refund. Please note that in such cases, the 5% cancellation fee will not apply, ensuring you are compensated fairly.
Post-Delivery Returns
At Home Living Luxury, we place paramount importance on delivering high-quality Finnish hot/cold tubs crafted to your exact specifications. While we strive to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition, we recognise that there may be concerns or issues that arise post-delivery. It's essential to clarify our approach to post-delivery returns:
- Refunds for Non-Damaged Products: The bespoke nature of custom build orders means that we cannot provide refunds for products that have not been damaged during the delivery process. Each tub is designed to meet your unique needs, making it challenging to resell them to another customer.
- Installation and Final Location: Once your order has been received successfully, and there is no damage reported, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept refunds under any circumstances. This policy is in line with the custom nature of our products.
While we cannot offer refunds for non-damaged products, our dedicated support team is here to assist you with any concerns or inquiries you may have. We are committed to ensuring your experience with our glamping pods is as positive as possible.
