Warranty Period: All Lifestyle products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults that affect product functionality.

Warranty Coverage: The Lifestyle Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects that affect the product's functionality.

Warranty Claim Process:

• We will notify Lifestyle Appliances of the claim and provide proof of purchase, including order contents and details.
• Images/videos may be required to assess the claim.

Registration: There is no need to register your warranty separately; it starts automatically from the purchase date.

Shipping

Below we have outlined our Shipping Policy which covers all of our Lifestyle Appliances Range. This Shipping Policy only covers Lifestyle Appliances products, please check specific product pages for more tailored information.

Delivery Timeframe: Lifestyle Appliances will dispatch orders on the same/next working day. Currently, all Lifestyle supplied items have an estimated delivery date of 2-3 working days (unless stated otherwise).

Delivery Availability: Free delivery on all orders is limited to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

Free delivery to The Highlands, The Isles, Jersey, Guernsey, Cornwall will require a total cart order of over £1000. Orders under £1000 will carry a £50 delivery fee.

Home Delivery: You do not need to be home for delivery. However, please provide a safe location where the item can be placed in case you are not available.

Dedicated Day/Weekend Deliveries: Dedicated day/weekend deliveries are available for select products, subject to availability and pricing. Palletized items may have dedicated day deliveries.

Delivery Updates: If you provide your mobile number, our courier may update you via text regarding your delivery.

Tracking: If you need to track a delivery, contact our team with your order number.
